Punishment of the crime

On October 5, 2014, at around 03:15, the Defendant driven a B-to-purgn vehicle with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration 0.079% alcohol level, while under the influence of alcohol from the military medical personnel located in the Dogdong of Sigsan-si to the same Dogdong-si road in the same city movement.
