Some of the facts charged were corrected.

On July 6, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with labor for the crime of interference with business, etc. at the Sung-nam branch of Suwon District Court on July 6, 2016, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on November 8, 2017. On August 8, 2018, the above court sentenced one year of imprisonment with labor for special assault, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence on June 7, 2019.

On July 30, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim C on July 30, 2019, on the ground that the victim C (the age of 62) would drink in annoying manner at the right angle 2 located in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, 1150, as of July 30, 2019.

From around 21:00 on July 30, 2019 to 21:40 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) expressed the Defendant’s desire, i.e., “Is the victim F (the age of 63) who is a security guard, wishes to sleep on the floor of the area under the influence of alcohol; and (b) expressed the Defendant’s desire, i.e., “Is another commercial building, during the business, should not be humbed by humbing off; and (c) Is the victim’s am at once, humbing in large voice, humbing in large voice, huming in large sound, huming the victim’s G water purifiers owned by the victim, and destroying and damaging the repair cost by sparing it with his hand.”

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim F, obstructed the victim F's commercial building management by force, and damaged the victim's G property.

On July 30, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim H on July 22:50, 2019, at the front of the "J" located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City I, Sungnam-gu, J, with the victim H (the age of 42) and the victim H, with his/her face being damaged by his/her hand, and the victim's face was damaged by his/her hand.

On July 31, 2019, the Defendant injured the Defendant, around July 31, 2019, D storeson July 22, 2019, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, E.
