A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant pays 50,610,000 won to an applicant for compensation.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who works as a technical business employee of the victim C (representative director D) corporation (representative director D) that mainly performs the installation and installation of cooling and cooling equipment from October 27, 2003 to July 29, 201 and has been in charge of the installation and installation of cooling and cooling equipment and the collection of the price thereof.
