Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle B QM3 in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

On December 27, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car without a driver’s license of the said car and continued to proceed to the right bypassing the said car to the “ Jeju Han-do Hospital” page at the intersection in front of 103 Do-ro Do-ro at Jeju.

Where a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle moves to an intersection, he/she shall proceed to the right side of the road in advance and make a right-hand.
