Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who intends to construct or repair a building shall obtain permission from the competent administrative agency, and, when he/she intends to extend a building with a total floor area of 85 square meters or less, he/she must report to the competent administrative agency, the Defendant:
