When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 26, 2017, at around 22:05, the Defendant driven a BYF rocketing car with approximately 500 meters alcohol content 0.084% while under the influence of alcohol on the part of around 500 meters from around the 195-ro 195-ro ZF Korea on the same day through the roads from the front side of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
