The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. When misunderstanding the facts, the Defendant was found guilty of the facts charged in this case without causation between the injury of this case and the Defendant on the ground that: (a) the Defendant’s head was sealed at the time of misunderstanding the facts; (b) the part of the shoulder part of the victim D was sealed twice; and (c) the part of the back part of D was cut down, as indicated in the judgment of the court below, and the Defendant was found guilty of the facts charged in this case, even though there was no causation between the injury of this case and the Defendant’s act. (d) the Defendant was found guilty of the facts charged in this case without any mistake of mistake of facts.

B. The sentence imposed by the court below on the defendant (the fine of 500,000 won) is too unreasonable.

2. Determination

A. The following circumstances acknowledged by the lower court’s judgment and the first instance court’s duly admitted and examined the parts of the assertion for mistake of facts: (i) From the investigative agency to the lower court’s trial, D had the Defendant walked up on the floor by pushing the Defendant with his head by pushing the spher head on the ground that he does not bring a civil petition; (ii) he was first going beyond the lower court, and thereafter, i.e., e., e., spherbing up on the floor; and (iii) the injury to the wooden part, such as the pressure and conjection, etc. was caused by the Defendant’s head and spherbing the spherb in his hand. The part was consistently stated from the lower court to the effect that “The Defendant was unable to spherbling the body of the Defendant with his head on the ground that he was spherbling the Defendant’s body with his head on the ground that he was spherbling,” and that “the Defendant and the customer were in the Defendant’s body at the bar.”
