Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is between C and C on October 30, 2011, and the victim D’s omission.

On November 5, 2013, from around 22:40 to 23:10 of the same day, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, expressed a disturbance that the victim’s family members do not help the victim’s entire wife C to harmonize with the ruling with the Defendant’s entire wife. 2. After that, the Defendant left the place and prevented other customers from entering the place, by having 6 customers who drinked a disturbance, such as having 8, 2, 2, 7 beer’s disease in a beer box, 1 beer’s disease in a beer box, and continuously committing the disturbance, and making them enter the place.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's bar business by force.
