1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 86,575,545 and KRW 84,787,348 among them, from May 26, 2015 to the day of full payment.

1. Determination

A. The facts as stated in the separate sheet of claim do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged by adding the whole purport of the pleadings to the statements in Gap evidence 1 to Gap evidence 4.

B. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed damages for delay calculated at the rate of 25% per annum from May 26, 2015 to the day of complete payment, which is the day following the calculation of the last damages for delay, with respect to the total amount of KRW 86,575,545 and the remaining principal amount of KRW 84,787,348.

2. Therefore, we accept the Plaintiff’s claim.
