Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 3, 2016, the Defendant assaulted D'C' at the main point of "C located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, which was reported by 112, and obstructed the execution of official duties by assaulting a police officer who is performing legitimate duties concerning the dispatch of a report by 112, such as assaulting D's body and face, when the police officer F, etc. belonging to the Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, which was dispatched to the Defendant, voluntarily accompanying D et al., and prevented the above F from doing so, while carrying out a serious bath for the above F, and thereby obstructing the performance of official duties by assaulting the police officer who is performing legitimate duties concerning the dispatch of a report by 112.
