1. The plaintiffs' appeals against the defendants are all dismissed.

The reasoning of the court’s explanation concerning this case is as follows, except for the addition of “judgments on the grounds of appeal 4.1” above the 6th highest part of the judgment of the court of first instance, and therefore, it is identical to the part of the grounds of the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420

【Supplementary Part】 4. Judgment on the Grounds for Appeal

A. The gist of the grounds for appeal of this case was that the instant fire, installed in the Defendant factory, was caused by the defects in the installation and preservation of the Defendants’ machinery, etc., such as plucking, plucking, construction, etc., by exposing the electric wires of the machinery installed in the Defendant factory to the outside wall without electrical protection officers.

B. Determination 1) The comprehensive report on metropolitan fire investigation (Evidence A No. 8) additionally submitted by the Plaintiffs at the trial of the party concerned is insufficient to recognize that the instant fire was caused by the defect in the installation and preservation of the Defendants’ structures, and there is no evidence to acknowledge otherwise, in light of the following circumstances, it is insufficient to acknowledge that the instant fire was caused by the defect in the installation and preservation of the Defendants’ structures.

In the first instance judgment, there is no error of law such as misunderstanding of facts or misunderstanding of legal principles as pointed out by the plaintiffs, and thus, the argument in the grounds of appeal cannot be accepted. (A) Even based on the comprehensive report on the above wide-area fire investigation, it is difficult to make accurate judgment as to the cause of the fire, and it is stated that the cause of the destruction is difficult to confirm that the fire was caused due to electrical factors, and (b) the metropolitan fire investigation was conducted in the presence of the fire investigator belonging to the Sungsung Fire Station on the date of the occurrence of the fire in this case
