Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the manager of the “Mamoel” in Ansan-si, and Defendant B is the representative of the above Mamoel. No person may employ any person who does not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment in the Republic of Korea. Defendant A, from June 15, 2018 to July 31, 2018, employed Defendant A, as an employee, D (E) who is a foreigner of Mongolian nationality, who does not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment in the Republic of Korea, as an employee.

In addition, from around that time to July 31, 2018, four foreign workers who did not have the status of sojourn eligible to work in the Republic of Korea, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table, were employed as employees.

2. Defendant B committed the same offense as that described in the preceding paragraph at the time and place mentioned in the preceding paragraph, and at the same time and place, Defendant B, an employee of the Defendant.
