Reasons

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the manager of the “Mamoel” in Ansan-si, and Defendant B is the representative of the above Mamoel. No person may employ any person who does not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment in the Republic of Korea. Defendant A, from June 15, 2018 to July 31, 2018, employed Defendant A, as an employee, D (E) who is a foreigner of Mongolian nationality, who does not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment in the Republic of Korea, as an employee.
