1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2,000,000 won;

Punishment of the crime

On January 10, 2016, around 02:25, the Defendant: (a) was in the residence of the Defendant and the victim C (at the age of 56) in Busan Shipping Daegu B, Busan, the entrance was opened, and (b) was opened to the dwelling space in the cresh of the principal and the victim C (at the age of 56).

After that, the Defendant received a demand from the injured party to 02:55 to leave the above residence for about 30 minutes on several occasions, but did not comply with it.
