On May 12, 2016, at around 06:20, the Defendant driven a Cran-car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.243% at a level of about 15km from the front of the restaurant 10:0 p.m., Gul-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, to the front road of the restaurant 6, Ulsan-si.
