1. The Defendant’s KRW 100,000,000 as well as its annual rate from April 17, 2010 to October 22, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1.The following facts may be acknowledged, either in dispute between the parties or in the entry in Gap evidence 1 to 4 (including each number), by integrating the purpose of the entire pleadings:

On March 19, 2009, the Plaintiff: (a) around March 19, 2009, sold to the Defendant the share of KRW 730,00,000 in the purchase price of KRW 730,00,000 among the 1,249 square meters of B forest land (hereinafter “the forest land before the instant partition”) and the factory building before completion of its ground (hereinafter “instant factory”); (b) C forest land and 166 square meters; and (c) D road 43 square meters; and (d)

(hereinafter “instant sales contract”). The main contents of the instant sales contract are as follows.

Article 2 In the sale of the above real estate, the buyer shall pay the purchase price as follows:

The down payment of KRW 200,000,000 shall be paid at the time of a contract and the remainder of KRW 530,000,000 shall be substituted by a bank loan. Matters of a special agreement:
