Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2015 High 2601" is a person who works as the head of the partnership of the D Housing Redevelopment Project Association.

An executive officer of a cooperative shall make public the documents and related data concerning the implementation of a rearrangement project in parallel with the Internet and other methods so that he/she can be informed of the partners, landowners, etc. or tenants within 15 days after the preparation or revision thereof.

Nevertheless, from October 4, 2013 to July 2015, the Defendant did not disclose through the Internet homepage (G) the documents listed in the attached Table No. 2, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14, such as an asbestos survey company agreement, at the above partnership offices located in Daegu-gu E and 3 floors from around July 4, 2015, and the documents and related materials stated in the attached Table No. 2, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14, among the annual 15, from October 15 to July 2015.

From October 4, 2013 to October 4, 2013, the Defendant is the president of the Daegu-gu D Housing Redevelopment Project Association.

Where the chairperson of the committee for the promotion of redevelopment or the project implementer requests the perusal or reproduction of documents and related materials concerning the implementation of rearrangement projects, such as members or land, he/she shall comply with such request within 15 days.

Nevertheless, on March 9, 2015, at the above D Housing Redevelopment Office located in Daegu-gu E and the third floor, the Defendant failed to comply with the request within 15 days, even though he/she was requested to copy the list of persons present at the third general meeting of union members and the written resolution on August 29, 2014 related to the implementation of the rearrangement project, such as the list of persons present at the second general meeting and the written resolution on November 29, 2014.
