The defendant shall be innocent.

On May 18, 2019, at around 22:57, the Defendant came to the residence of the victim C (n, 50 years of age) of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building B, and opened the house to the house without the victim’s consent, and invaded upon the victim’s residence, as shown in the attached crime list, the Defendant entered the victim’s house in the same manner eight times in total from that time to May 28, 2019.

2. The following facts are acknowledged according to the evidence duly adopted and examined by this Court.

A. On April 14, 2019, the Defendant introduced the victim through the branch and conspired with the victim. The relationship with the victim becomes rapid, and around April 20, 2019, the victim got into and out of the house of the victim almost every day.

In addition, the defendant introduced the victim as a person who returns to her will on the premise of marriage, and the victim did not raise any objection.

B. The defendant asserts that the defendant, using the victim's personal identification number (D), informed the victim of his/her personal identification number, while the victim raised that he/she was aware of his/her personal identification number, and that when he/she enters the house with his/her female, the victim discovered his/her personal identification number after entering the house.

Even if there is no victim, the victim had access to the victim's house, and the victim did not raise any objection despite being aware of such defendant's access.

C. On May 10, 2019, the victim left the U.S.A., and the defendant entered the victim's office eight times in total from May 18, 2019 to May 25, 2019 when the victim was in the U.S. and entered the victim's personal identification number.

On June 1, 2019, the Defendant contacted the victim with the victim on June 1, 2019 while the victim was in the U.S., and “the victim has grown well.”
