A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 6, 2017, at around 00:25, the Defendant destroyed 10 marries, 30 mars and 30 mars, where 30 mars and 30 mars were laid up on the floor of the instant marries, without any particular reason, at around 0:0,00 the market price owned by the victim in front of the said marries.

2. On March 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 00:29, the victim H in Seopopopo City C was at the I cafeteria operated by Seopopoposi; (b) and (c) the Defendant, without any particular reason, destroyed and damaged the gas pipe installed in front of the above cafeteria, by leaving the active water pipe installed in front of the above cafeteria, and dumping it into the victim’s market price of 2.5 million won.

4. On March 6, 2017, around 00:31, the Defendant destroyed and damaged cement block installed in front of the said restaurant by leaving the cement block in front of the said restaurant with a view to dumping it, without any particular reason, at the K restaurant operated by the victim J, which was located in Seopopo City C, and by causing the victim to die of the market activation in front of the said restaurant, respectively.

5. On March 6, 2017, at around 00:33, the Defendant, without any particular reason, destroyed the reported block installed in front of the above restaurant by leaving the active fish satisfaction pipe set up in front of the above restaurant, without any specific reason, and thereby destroying it by causing the victim to die of the market depression in its market price.
