Judgment

In light of the fact that the defendant has already been punished several times due to the same kind of crime, the court below has determined the punishment in consideration of all the circumstances of the defendant, and there is no special change in circumstances that make it possible for the defendant to change the punishment to the date of the trial, and other circumstances that form the conditions for sentencing in records and pleadings, the sentence imposed by the court below is too unreasonable.

Therefore, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
