Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

On February 16, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license on February 13:10, 2013, driven approximately 350 km of freight vehicles B from the parking lot for the Dencknck-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, Seoul, to the 277 km down on the west-gu, Daejeon.
