Reasons

1. The facts following the facts do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged in full view of the entries in Gap evidence 1 to Gap evidence 5 (including each number), and the whole purport of the pleadings.

On March 17, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to supply the creative materials (hereinafter “instant contract”) to the Defendant at the construction site of the establishment of the accommodation facility in Yong-do (hereinafter “Yando”) in Yong-do (hereinafter “instant construction site”), and additionally supplied the creative materials to the Defendant at the construction site of Seocho-dong, etc. (hereinafter “the construction site of Seocho-dong, etc.”).
