A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 19, 2010, the Defendant: (a) in Samsung Heavy Industries located in Samsung Heavy Industries on July 19, 2010, paid money to the victim B by investing in the president of the start-up business investment company C, a company start-up investment company in Korea.
The president raises investors in the film business.
If investment is made, 4 to 5 times after two years will be made and returned.

2. The Defendant around January 28, 201, within the above Samsung Heavy Industries, conducted a project to develop oil farms by the C president.
In making an investment, at least two times the profit will be paid.

However, in fact C has the intention to receive investment money from the injured party and to use it for the defendant's living expenses or his personal debt repayment, not for investment purpose.
As above, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim and deceiving the victim; (b) KRW 1 million around January 28, 201; (c) KRW 4 million around January 31, 201; and (d) KRW 1 million around February 23, 201; (b) KRW 200,000 around May 21, 201; (c) KRW 2 million around May 31, 201; (d) KRW 1 million around July 30, 201; and (e) KRW 1 million around August 10, 201; and (e) acquired KRW 700,000 from September 7, 201; and (e) acquired KRW 1,90,00 for each kind of money invested.
