A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

895,500 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On February 10, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at Seoul Northern District Court on February 10, 201, and on March 12, 201, the Defendant was in the same prison on March 12, 201, and the same previous and 10 times.

Criminal facts

The Defendant, who is not a person dealing with narcotics, is prohibited from dealing with penphones, such as purchase, delivery, medication, and possession of a psychotropic drug, such as the Mepta (the name of June 8, 201, hereinafter referred to as the “Megrapha”), a psychotropic drug (the name of “Megrapha”), the inner name of the Defendant, etc., and even if no person smokes marijuana, the Defendant treated the mephones as follows, and smoked marijuana:

1. On April 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00 on the alleyway near the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City C market; (b) granted D approximately 0.2 gram of philophones, which were contained in the disposable injection machine, to fluorously.

2. On August 2012, the Defendant: (a) made a telephone call from E residing in Busan on the part of the Defendant, to purchase a penphone; and (b) made it possible for Kwikset Service Delivery Board to send the phone to E in Busan on the part of the express bus bus terminal, which is located in a paper bank with a cash of one million won or less at that time; and (c) sent it to E in Busan on the part of the express bus bus terminal, which is located in Busan on the part of the express bus terminal; and

8. At around 15:00, at around 7, 29:00, E purchased approximately 2 gramphones sent by the Busan High Bus Terminal from the Busan High Bus Terminal to the front bus freight, through Kwikset Service Delivery Board.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. On August 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) put approximately 0.05g of philophonephones purchased from the above E in a single-use injection machine; and (b) injected them into the bloodline, and injected them into the arms.
