Basic Facts

The defendant is a company engaged in the production, assembly, construction, and establishment, etc. of all kinds of electricity, electronic, machinery, chemistry, nuclear power, etc., and is a domestic business office of the Ccomn (C Commonpa Company, hereinafter referred to as the "main company") located in the State of Detewa of the United States.

The subsidiaries of the head office concluded a service contract with the defendant, and entrusted the business of the subsidiary in Korea to the defendant.

The defendant is divided into the organization of Glbal Gowth &O (hereinafter referred to as "GGO"), Avi, Health care, Oil & Gas, Capital, Peer and Trust, Engy Management.

On March 24, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a delegation agreement between the Defendant and the Defendant to appoint the Plaintiff as the president of the Defendant Company’s Glbal Offshore Larine Leader (the president of the global shipbuilding and marine business division) and entered into a subsidiary agreement with the Defendant to act Korea’s Acting Dominer position until the organization of the headquarters is stable.

The global shipbuilding marine business division was belonging to the defendant's GGO organization, and the Poerver Action was belonging to the defendant's Engy Management Organization.

On March 2015, the Defendant established a department called Cmarine inside the Condoer verine and appointed D as a person responsible for Cmarine, and included the existing global shipbuilding project division in the organization of Cmarine.
