A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who purchased real estate and sells and sells real estate, was willing to build a road on the land connected with the above forest land without permission for the purpose of dividing and selling 20,000 square meters of forest land in five lots, which is owned by the Defendant, other than the Gyeonggi-si F of the Gyeonggi-si, which is owned by the Defendant.

2. Any person who intends to divert a mountainous district shall obtain permission from the competent administrative agency;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authority, diverted the mountainous district without permission by means of installing concrete packaging roads on a total of 13 square meters, including 203 square meters of Gyeonggi-do HH forests and fields, between May 201 and July 201.

3. Any person who intends to engage in development activities in an area subject to the National Land Planning and Utilization Act shall obtain permission from the competent authority;

Nevertheless, without obtaining permission from the competent authority, the Defendant engaged in development activities without permission by installing a marbling room, which is a structure, on the scale of 839 square meters in Gyeonggi-gu I, J, and K ditch between May 201 and July 201.

4. Any person who intends to construct a structure in a river area in violation of the River Act shall obtain permission from the competent administrative agency;

Nevertheless, the Defendant constructed a structure within a river area without obtaining permission from the competent authority from May 201 to July 201, by installing a marbling room, which is a structure, in the Gyeonggi-do L and M 135 square meters, between May 201 and July 201.
