1. The defendant is based on the transfer on January 12, 1970 to the plaintiff of each real estate listed in the separate sheet.

1. Basic facts

A. Since around 1944, the Joseon Farmland Development and Management Group commenced the construction of the reservoir with the long-term land and completed the construction on March 31, 1949, and handed over the same over to the Sungduk River Association.

Each real estate listed in the list (hereinafter referred to as "each real estate of this case") is used as the maintenance, embankment, waterway, and access road of the reservoir at the port.

B. After the merger with the Gangnam River Repair Association, the name was changed to the Gangnam Farmland Improvement Association through the Gangnam River Improvement Association. The Korea Agricultural Corporation succeeded to the rights and obligations of the Korea Agricultural Corporation pursuant to Article 9 of the Addenda to the Korea Agricultural Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (Act No. 5759, Feb. 5, 199; hereinafter referred to as the “former Agricultural Corporation Act”). Since then the name was changed to the Korea Agricultural & Rural Community Corporation and the Plaintiff.

C.
