1. Basic facts

A. The parties’ relationship 1) Defendant C Accounting Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant C Accounting Corporation”)

(2) The Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s chaired D’s co-inheritors (U.S.: E) on July 30, 2015 (hereinafter “instant inheritance”) are the accounting firms established on March 2, 2015 for the purpose of accounting audit, etc., and Defendant B is an accounting firm affiliated with the Defendant corporation, and the director’s position as the accounting firm affiliated with the Defendant corporation was retired as of January 28, 2016. The Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s chaired D’s co-inheritors (hereinafter “instant inheritance”), who requested the Defendant corporation to submit a report of inheritance tax and a plan to reduce inheritance tax.

B. At around 16:30 on August 5, 2015, G and H consulted on the legal issues relating to the inheritance of this case at the office of the law firm I located in Seocho-gu, Seoul. At around 17:00 on the same day, Defendant B arrived at the above office, and G, H and Defendant B consulted on the means to return the inheritance tax of this case and to reduce inheritance tax. G, H asked the Defendant B about the insurance of the inheritee’s property, and Defendant B consulted on the remaining remuneration for the service contract with the law firm, including inheritance tax return, etc., and Defendant B provided 0,000,000,000 won and 0,000 won and 0,000 won and 0,000 won and 20,000 won and 0,000 won and 0,000 won and 20,000 won and 0,005,00 won and 0,005,00 won and 20,00.
