A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (ththief) committed a theft of property worth KRW 21,259,400, totaling nine times in total, as shown in the list of pages attached hereto, on April 2014, in order to find D freight trucks parked in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and open a string door and open a string door, and take out the 50,000 won currency owned by the victim E, which was kept far away from the vehicle.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. Around 22:00 on May 19, 2014, the Defendant was driving a Gerlar, which was stolen from approximately 80km section in front of the Dok Center located in Hongsan-ro 73-6, Hongsan-do, Hongsan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, to the front of the grant-gun, through a single unit of the designated forces, without obtaining a driver’s license.

C. On May 21, 2014, at around 01:30 on May 21, 2014, the Defendant driving a Hrops vehicle, which was stolen from the Gamba factory entrance road located in 666-1, the flood of Chungcheongnam-nam-gun, to the extent that it was granted from the Gamba factory entrance road of the 666-1.
