Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a XG car by borrowing D.
On September 25, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 05:40 on September 25, 2017, while making a left-hand turn to the left-hand turn from the “open-ro intersection” to the “open-ro intersection.”
There is a duty of care to make a safe left-hand turn to a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle according to the signals of the vehicle signal apparatus.
