Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 2, 2016, the Defendant found one head of credit card owned by the victim D before the victim C in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do on January 2, 2016.

The defendant did not follow necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim and did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit finance;

A. On the same day as the statement in paragraph 1, the Defendant ordered the Victim E to commit the crime against the Victim E, at G Mart operated by the Victim E, 17:38 on the same day, and presented D’s credit card obtained on the way as the statement in paragraph 1, to the victim. The Defendant was able to do so as Do himself, and the Defendant was issued a 45,000 tobacco amounting to 45,000 won at the market price from the damaged party’s place.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received the goods and used the lost credit card.

B. On the same day, the Defendant ordered the Victim H to commit the crime against the Victim H, around 17:42, the same day, at the J Mart operated by the Victim H, Ha, Ha, and presented D’s credit card obtained on the street as described in paragraph 1, and was carried out as Do himself as Do himself, and the Defendant was issued two copies of tobacco equivalent to KRW 105,00 at the market price from the damaged person’s place.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received the goods and used the lost credit card.

On January 2, 2016, the Defendant ordered the Victim K to commit the crime against the Victim K, which was operated by the Victim K in Boh-si, Chungcheongnam-si around 18:04, and presented D’s credit card acquired on the street as described in paragraph 1 to the victim as if he was the D himself, and the Defendant was issued 200 of tobacco worth 105,00 won at the market price from the damaged party.
