1. The Defendant’s KRW 23,518,350 as well as the annual rate of KRW 5% from September 5, 2014 to September 10, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Occurrence of liability for damages;

A. The facts of recognition 1) B are the construction machinery of Cump truck (hereinafter “instant dump truck”) around 07:19 on September 5, 2014.
