A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant was indicted on September 6, 2013 on the charge of interference with business of the victim C (age 43) as stated in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes as follows.

On or around December 5, 2013, the method of temporary crime at the place of crime Nos. 1, 201, the victim made the phone call to the victim for the purpose of retaliation against the provision of the Defendant’s residential investigation team at Jeju, and then made the phone call to the victim for the purpose of retaliation against the provision of the Defendant’s residential investigation team.
