A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant reported a marriage with B on October 23, 2003, the Defendant filed an application for divorce around December 2012, 201 and is currently undergoing a divorce.

Since July 2008, the Defendant purchased a vehicle from his own discretion by using the name of B and sold it as a used vehicle and received money to cover the money necessary for the said money, as the Defendant had been working as a motor vehicle dealer at the modern motor vehicle D agency in the Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu.

1. In relation to rocketing automobiles around November 201;

A. On November 3, 2011, the Defendant: (a) concluded a sales contract for a rocketing car with the amount of KRW 25,530,000 at the Hyundai Motor Agency; (b) entered into the sales contract for a motor vehicle with the purchaser’s personal information in the column of the sales contract; and (c) entered the name column B in the name column.

Accordingly, the defendant, without authority, forged a motor vehicle sales contract in the name of B, which is a private document concerning rights and duties.

B. On the same day as in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) submitted a forged motor vehicle sales contract to an employee in charge of the said agency’s business and name in the agency, who was aware of the forgery; and (b) subsequently, exercised the contract as if it were duly

2. On June 2012, relating to Cuba-in automobiles:

A. On June 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) concluded a sales contract for a car with a face amounting to KRW 28,770,00 at a Hyundai Motor Agency; (b) entered into the sales contract for a car with a face amount of KRW 28,770,00 in the buyer column of the sales contract; and (c) entered the name column B in the name column of the sales contract.

Accordingly, the defendant, without authority, forged a motor vehicle sales contract in the name of B, which is a private document concerning rights and duties.

B. On the same day as the preceding paragraph, the Defendant has forged the foregoing agency’s business and name-free employee who is aware of the forgery.
