Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

After concentrating several insurance products with high level of guarantee beyond economic ability, the Defendant got out of an insurance company the amount of high-amount of insurance money for hospitalized treatment from the insurance company, in a way of making long-term false hospitalization more than the appropriate number of days of hospitalized treatment by using one’s own disease or claiming false pains, although he/she could be pretended to have received hospitalized treatment or be sufficiently able to receive hospital treatment, even though he/she received hospital treatment at the D Hospital located in Thai City C, which is easy to issue a certificate of hospitalization and a written diagnosis.

Since April 14, 2010 to May 4, 2010, the Defendant: (a) received outpatient treatment or was hospitalized falsely due to knee-feng infection, such as free communication of house and hospital; (b) however, around June 23, 2010, the Defendant submitted documents to the effect that he/she was hospitalized appropriately for 21 days at the hospital to treat the knee-feng, salt pans, etc. in the victim teaching life; (c) requested payment of false insurance proceeds, and (d) received KRW 540,00 from the staff in charge of teaching life-related life-related who received the total amount of KRW 15,60,600 as stated in the attached Table 3, as well as being delivered between December 14, 2010.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victims, acquired the amount of 15,660,000 won.
