Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] Defendant B was sentenced to six months of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution, and the sentence was finalized on August 21, 2015, by the Incheon District Court on August 13, 2015.

[Criminal facts]

1. On April 1, 2015, Defendant B received “D” of the fifth floor of the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City building C from E, the former owner of the business, and registered the business in the name of the Defendant, and operated the business by newly employing female employees A, F, etc.

The Defendant, when operating “D”, received KRW 120,00 from the customer G who visited the said business establishment around April 7, 2015 in return for sexual traffic, and paid KRW 70,000 among them to female employees A. The Defendant, upon entering the eight room in which Danese G is dried and G, made them to have sexual intercourse with it. On May 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 120,000 in return for sexual traffic from the police officer who visited “D”, who visited the said business establishment as a customer, and paid KRW 70,000 among them to female employees; and (b) directed F to have sexual intercourse by entering the said business establishment from April 1, 2015 to June 20, 2015.

2. Defendant A, around April 7, 2015, received KRW 70,00 in return for sexual traffic and provided sexual intercourse with customers G and engaged in sexual traffic.
