A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 12, 2010, the Defendant is a person who has been sentenced to a fine of KRW 2 million by a fine of KRW 5 million by a crime of violating road traffic laws in the Gwangju District Court’s net support on November 12, 2010, and a person who was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million by the same court on April 5, 2012 due to a crime of violating road traffic laws.

Nevertheless, at around 15:24 April 30, 2018, the Defendant driven B SH10B Ob under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.094% in a section of about 500 meters from the 500-meter radius to the roads outside of the same Eup/Myeon located in the new road of the Doyang-gu, Doyang-gu, Doyang-gu, Chungcheongnam-do.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act is the owner of the above SH10B Oral Land.

The defendant operated the above Oral Ba which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place above.
