Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 31, 2020, the Defendant, around 19:35, assaulted the victim’s face at one time by hand while the victim B (the age of 22) around the opening entrance in the subway station in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, that male-gu and patriotic spirit should be observed in front of the opening entrance in the subway station, and assaulted the victim’s face at one time.
