A. As to KRW 167,700,000 among the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and KRW 1150,000,000 among the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Plaintiff).

1. As to the cause of the principal claim

A. The Plaintiff remitted total of KRW 370,000,000 to Defendant B’s account four times from June 30, 2016 to September 30, 2016.

B) On July 8, 2016, Defendant B borrowed a total of KRW 370,00,000 from the Plaintiff four times from June 30, 2016 to September 30, 2016, and repaid interest of KRW 30,000,000 as at the end of each month from October 31, 2016 to KRW 40,000,000 as at the end of every month. If the principal and interest were delayed, 18% damages for delay shall be paid to the Plaintiff at an annual rate of 10,000,000,000,000 as at the rate of 10,000,000,000,000 per annum 20,000,000,000,000,000 per annum 10,000,000,000,000 per annum 20,000,000,00.

B. Around June 2016, the Plaintiff supplied Defendant B with water transformation equipment and goods related to water transformation equipment and powder powder out of the electrical construction works of F Corporation; Defendant B supplied the remainder of KRW 17,700,000 among the proceeds thereof.
