Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

At around 03:20 on September 23, 2014, the Defendant proceeded with a one-lane road near the 93 telegraphic poles, which is located in the Yancheon-si Yancheon-si, by the ethical speed from the ethic bank of the Yancheon-si to the ethic bank of the Yancheon-si.

At the time of night, the driver had a duty of care to prevent the collision with the facilities, such as the flowers, which are installed on the road, by accurately manipulating the steering gear while looking at the steering room in such a case.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected the above duty of care and failed to properly operate the steering gear on the opposite part of the road due to the negligence of not operating the steering gear normally, and thereby, was driven by the front part of the left-hand part of the foregoing car operated by the Defendant, and damaged the said steering force to the extent of KRW 1.20,000,000, and left the scene without taking necessary measures, such as reporting to the police agency or moving the Defendant’s car without any traffic obstacle, even though the Defendant’s vehicle was parked on the opposite part of the road due to the above accident.
