A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than nine years and six months.

The defendant's disclosure of information to the public shall be made through an information and communications network for ten years.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On November 3, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Juvenile Rape, etc.) at the Seoul Northern District Court on June 4, 2008, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Prison on June 4, 2008. On September 14, 2010, the Suwon District Court sentenced the Defendant to one year and two months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daejeon Prison on July 2, 2011.

[2013 Gohap26] Around 09:20 on November 22, 2012, the Defendant found D office located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and returned to the office near E, a real estate broker, with a monthly wage. At around 10:40 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened the office of the victim F (V, 31 years old) located in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul; (b) discovered that the victim is mixed with the house; (c) discovered the victim’s house; and (d) tried to find the victim’s house again; and (d) requested the victim to provide guidance to the victim at around 11:00 on the same day.

The defendant, together with the victim, had the victim open the entrance in front of the house of the victim in the above building, and the victim did not enter the house together with the defendant, and waiting outside the entrance.

Accordingly, the Defendant: (a) opened a house by entering the victim’s house; (b) towed the victim’s house outside of his own entrance to the house; and (c) intruded the victim’s house; (d) opened the entrance door, opened the door, and opened the victim’s house, and opened the victim’s house with sound.
