B. On December 9, 2004, Defendant A, who subscribed to the Plaintiff Union, paid KRW 5 million to the Plaintiff Union’s membership fee, and was registered in the register of union members around that time. Defendant B was registered in the register of union members following the establishment of the Plaintiff Union; Defendant C was appointed as the third president of the Plaintiff Union on January 31, 1990; Defendant C was registered in the register of union members by paying the membership fee to the Plaintiff Union on September 2002; Defendant C was registered in the register of union members around March 2003.

On March 3, 2011, the Plaintiff Union held a general meeting of the Plaintiff Union’s general meeting and passed a resolution on the annual budget proposal of the Plaintiff Union in 2010 and the annual budget proposal of the Plaintiff Union in 2011.
