Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

around 01:30 on February 12, 2017, the Defendant committed assault by the Defendant, on the ground that the taxi rate was excessive since the taxi rate came to the same 1414 in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, while getting on the back seat of the C-si operated by the victim B (the South and the North 67 years old) who is a taxi engineer in the vicinity of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Station, and was going to a destination.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim who is a driver of a vehicle in operation.
