A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received cash of KRW 35,00 in return for sexual traffic from D’s reduction of the position of the police station in the Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu; (b) provided the said D with KRW 205 in return for sexual traffic; and (c) directed E (V, 44 years old) who is a woman of sexual traffic, to conduct the said D and sexual intercourse; and (d) provided the said establishment with 205 in return for sexual traffic.
