A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On July 16, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act at the Incheon District Court on July 21, 2020 and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 21, 2020.

On March 6, 2020, at around 10:38, 2020, the name-free person assumes the phone call to the victim F, and "the person G in the name of the party was subject to investigation into the suspect status by making fraudulent means, and all the money received after cancelling the passbook was put into another account, and when sending the check card to the trained disabled person sent by us, she would be at a disadvantage if it is sent to the third party of the special agenda, and when the phone is cut, she will not cooperate with the investigation.
