A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud;

A. The Defendant, around November 14, 2014, operated by the Victim B, “In the C, the facts were in the state of lending money with gambling funds at the time of the operation of the school, and making no profit therefrom was made. On December 9, 2014, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the proceeds and principal as agreed even if he/she received money from the injured party for the same reasons as stated in the foregoing paragraph. The Defendant called the victim and called the victim to the end.

The market shall give a daily amount of money to the merchants every day.

If a person additionally lends KRW 10 million to another person, he/she would make repayment within one week, and he/she received from the injured person to the above corporate bank account in the name of the defendant and acquired it by fraud.
