A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Article 2 (1) [Attached Table 1] of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities with Disabilities of Grade III, the Defendant is a person operating the D User in Chungcheongnam-nam Budget Group C, and the Defendant is a person operating the D User.

2. Grade III persons with brain-dead disabilities;

1. A person whose walking is considerably restricted or whose daily action is considerably restricted;

2. The interval between the victim E, who is a person restricted to the degree of seriousness of walking and whose detailed daily activities are remarkably restricted, is known to neighbors;

On October 2016, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the victim’s chest F at around 18:00, at the home of the victim (at that time, 55 years old) located in the Chungcheongnam-nam Budget Group, with the victim’s request, by marking the satch, with a marking of the satch, and the victim’s chest who sits in the satisf, with the victim’s sat on his own hand, and thereby, committed an indecent act on the victim with physical disability.

2. On January 3, 2017, at around 13:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim with a physical disability, such as spreading the shoulder of the victim (at the time 55 years of age) who found the user in order to request the work at the above D User.

3. On March 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on March 13, 2017, around 14:00, carried the victim (the age of 56 at that time) on H truck in order to fake the name in the street near the Chungcheongnam-gun budget G; and (b) driven between the seeds located in the budget-gun, carried the said vehicle into the shoulder of the victim himself/herself; and (c) committed an indecent act against the victim with physical disability by raising the gap in which the said vehicle stops at the time of locking.
