A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Brenren car.

1. On April 19, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter “Aggravated Punishment Act”) and the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter “Aggravated Punishment Act”) and on April 21:30, 202, the Defendant had 653 lanes from the Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si to the direction of high villages

In such cases, drivers are not driving under the influence of alcohol, maintain a certain distance from the front-hand vehicle, accurately manipulate the steering gear and brake system to prevent accidents in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and neglected to do so, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.178%, and neglected to do so and proceeded as it is, due to the negligence of the Defendant’s failure to do so, the lower part of the DNA lurburged car driven by the victim C (W, 30 years old) who stopped in accordance with the new subparagraph in the front section of the Defendant’s vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of two weeks’ medical treatment due to occupational negligence as above. Even though the Defendant damaged an Aburpted vehicle in KRW 2,511,449, the Defendant immediately left the vehicle and escaped without necessary measures, such as providing relief to the victim and confirming whether to damage the vehicle.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) and the Automobile Accident Compensation Act, as described in paragraph (1), drive the said B car with no mandatory insurance without a driver’s license, in the section of about 30km of blood alcohol concentration of 0.178% in the front of the F in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, after passing through the accident place described in paragraph (1) on the roads near Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon.
