1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,792,030 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from April 10, 2013 to the day of complete payment.

There is no dispute between the parties to the judgment on the cause of the claim, and barring any special circumstance, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remaining amount of KRW 22,792,030 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from April 10, 2013 to the day of complete payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint.

The defendant's argument as to the defendant's assertion is proved that the defendant suffered a loss equivalent to approximately KRW 137,105,00,00, i.e., removal and new construction due to the defect of the product, as a result of construction of each of the floor materials of the floor materials supplied by the plaintiff in the Jeju City, Do-dong Do-dong and in both documents of Gyeonggi-gu Yangyang-gun, Gidong-si, Gidong-gu, Youngdong-gu, Youngdong-gu, Youngdong-gu, Youngdong-gu, and as a result, it was insufficient to acknowledge the fact of the defendant's defense. However, the defendant's defense is not reasonable, since the evidence submitted by the defendant alone is insufficient to acknowledge the fact of the above defense, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.

3. Accordingly, the Plaintiff’s claim is with merit.
