Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The related defendant is a psychiatrist who operates the mutual mental clinic of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “D” (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”).
The Plaintiff is the mother of the deceased E (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) who has received treatment at the Defendant Hospital.
