Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 500,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

The defendants are married couple's death.

At around 17:00 on January 22, 2019, Defendants: (a) in the Ulsan-gun Apartment Complex C’s apartment management office: (b) the Defendants did not issue access certificates when they visit an apartment by using a vehicle; and (c) sought complaints in the management office, and (d) the victim D, who had worked in the management office, made an objection to the above facts, and (c) the Defendant stated that “I have heard the victim, who is the head of the management office, that there is no container in front of the time signal management office,” and (d) I tried to have the victim’s speech that I would like to make a recording, and “I would like to have the victim see this, I would like to see that I would have been able to see the victim’s desire to take care of the said fact,” and “I would like to see that I would like to see the victim’s desire to see the victim’s me by failing to take care of the me, I would like to see the victim’s me.”
